Where do you ship cannabinoid products?

US Shipping only. We do not ship products containing THCA to the States of ARKANSAS, GEORGIA, IDAHO, INDIANA, MINNESOTA, OREGON, RHODE ISLAND, WEST VIRGINIA, and WYOMING.

We do not ship any cannabinoid products to Idaho.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard processing time is 24-48 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends).
We strive for same day processing on any orders placed before 12pm PST. This is not a guarantee. Please keep in mind that things happen. If for some reason your order is taking longer than normal, we will always reach out, ensuring you are updated and informed.
Pre-ordered and backordered items will ship when they become available.
We appreciate your understanding as we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Address changes cannot be accommodated for packages after the label has been created.
Shipping time varies between 2-4 business days. In rare cases packages can take up to a week to arrive

Do you make your own products?

Yes for the most part, otherwise we source from local small craft farms.

What is your refund/return policy?

Once your order ships we cannot control what happens to it therefor we cannot accept returns. Alvin and Friends LLC reserves the right to issue refunds at the sole discretion of its management. If you have further questions, please send us an email at [email protected]

Do you third party test your products?

Yes, all products containing cannabinoids are tested by third party DEA registered labs and come with test results for user safety and knowledge.

Will this show up on a drug test?

Our products will cause you to show up on a drug test for THC. We recommend not using them if you are required to pass a drug test for marijuana.

Are you sure this is legal?

Yes. All of the cannabinoids found in our products are made with industrial hemp. Per the 2018 Farm BIll it is legal to produce hemp derivatives in any concentration and delta 9 thc that does not exceed 0.3% by dry weight.

Will your products get me high?

What is Broad Spectrum CBD?

Broad Spectrum CBD Distillate has zero traces of THC, with total cannabinoid content of 85%-95%.

What is HHC?

HHC (Hexahydrocannabinol) is a cannabinoid in trace quantities in hemp plants. It is a hydrogenated form of THC also, here is more literature on Broad Spec CBD and HHC;

CBD – Broad Spectrum CBD Distillate still retains a minimal amount of other compounds like plant waxes, vitamins, antioxidants, terpenes, and some minor cannabinoids – except THC. This is the ideal option for those who need a liquid-phase CBD extract but do not want any THC.

HHC – HHC Distillate is the whole package! It’s more psychoactive than Delta-8 (its effects lean more towards Delta-9) but shares many benefits of CBD.
